Bring a waterproof pouch and spare clothes for water activities
The Busan International Boat Show is an exhibition that brings together boats, yachts, engine parts, and more to promote domestic boat manufacturing and the marine leisure industry. Visitors can also enjoy hands-on programs such as free boarding on four types of boats, SUP, and transparent kayaks—perfect for feeling the dynamism of the sea and the joy of leisure up close.
The 2026 event will be held at BEXCO Exhibition Center 1 and the on-water exhibition area, operating from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday). With reasonable admission fees covering both exhibits and experiences, it’s a representative springtime marine leisure festival that will please families, friends, and enthusiasts alike.
Program Guide
Get a comprehensive view of the market by browsing marine leisure equipment and new products—from boats and yachts to engine parts. Ideal for consultations and comparing your favorite brands.
Get closer to the sea by trying SUP (stand-up paddleboard) and transparent kayaks. Since you may get wet, we recommend simple attire and waterproofing.
Experience the movement of the hull and waves firsthand with boarding sessions at the on-water exhibition area. Check the safety instructions and follow the boarding order.
Enjoy free rides on four types of boats. Popular programs may have waits, so visiting early is advantageous.
Arriving before opening can reduce time spent waiting to enter and for popular experiences. For efficiency, try exhibits in the morning and activities in the afternoon.
The final day ends at 17:00. If you plan to do experiences, consultations, or purchases on Sunday, we recommend starting early.
As water activities may get you wet, bring a spare top, a towel, and a waterproof pouch for comfort.

Impressions (Planned Visit)
Today is November 16, 2025. The “2026 Busan International Boat Show” hasn’t been held yet; it’s scheduled for April 17–19 next year, and I’m planning to go. As the festival approaches, I’m getting excited already—I can almost sense the smell of the sea and the buzz of the crowd.
According to the latest announcements, the 2026 Busan International Boat Show will take place at BEXCO Exhibition Center 1 and the on-water exhibition area on APEC-ro in Haeundae-gu. It starts at 10:00 a.m. and on the final day (Sunday) closes at 5:00 p.m. I also saw that admission is 8,000 won for adults and 4,000 won for children. Alongside exhibits of boats, yachts, and engine parts—gear related to marine leisure—there will be hands-on programs like boat boarding, which I’m really looking forward to.
Personally, I think what will stick with me most are the evening sun glinting off the metal hulls of yachts as it reflects on the sea, the lapping of the waves, and the soft murmur of conversations. Inside the halls, I imagine the vibration of engines, the smell of machine parts, and the wooden finish of leisure boats blending to make the sea feel close. With business meetings, seminars, and innovative product displays all together, it should go beyond mere browsing. If you plan to linger by the water, bring a small towel and a waterproof pouch, and try to take photos when the light softens at dusk.
