Comic World is Korea’s leading doujin event where amateur artists exhibit and sell their own doujinshi, merch, and illustrations. Visitors can freely interact with creators and enjoy participatory programs such as on-site sticker voting for the Best Doujinshi contest, a stamp mission event, and a gacha drawing booth with random prizes.
On stage, dance, singing, and performances heat up the venue, alongside the cosplay stage and awards such as Comic Choice. This winter’s event runs from December 20 to 21 at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Ilsan.
Program Guide
Meet doujinshi, goods, and original art prepared by individual creators and clubs, and talk directly with the artists.

Today is November 20, 2025. Since Comic World WINTER 2025 takes place from December 20 to 21, I’m still waiting. With the festival just around the corner, my heart is racing as I prepare, piece by piece.
This winter’s Comic World is set for KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Ilsan, with indie comic exhibits and sales, cosplay, and stage events like the Comic Choice cosplay contest. In particular, Comic Choice offers stage opportunities for cosplayers across genres, with final voting and prizes, which really rekindles my desire to participate.
There are a few helpful tips as a visitor. Tickets can be purchased in advance, and on the day you can issue an e-ticket via the Comic World app. Early-entry and cosplayer package tickets are separate, so entry times may differ—leave some buffer in your morning plan.
The sounds of anticipation as I step inside, the murmurs of the crowd, the feel of costume fabric or the scent of freshly printed goods, the colors gleaming under booth lights—all of it together will leave a vivid impression. I can already feel the butterflies and look forward to keeping these feelings close after I return.
